Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection standards.
- Oversee product testing, audits, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify non-conformities and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Train staff on QC procedures and foster a quality-focused culture.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of QC/QA experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001; Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
