Quality Control Engineer (台南安南/化學背景優先)

1. Responsible for quality control for process (IQC and IPQC) and final products (OQC) together with PAC and QA
2. Notify the manager(s) with responsibility and authority for corrective action, if any operation or activity that does not comply with approved quality management rules or procedures should be stopped,
3. Provides and drive QC method deployment on site regarding quality tools (such as FMEA, RCA, SPC, Control Chart) to help manufactured products in quality control,
drives the site investigation of quality issues and deviation and the execution of product quality improvements through preventive or corrective actions.
4. Manage and coordinate process and CQC analyzers and backup analyzers across sites per QMS measurement system analysis (calibration, GR&R and long-term stability) and handling of any nonconforming events
5. Manage PM, acceptance test, supplier audit/management and critical spare parts for CQC analyzers across sites
