Quality Assurance Specialist

What is Quality Assurance (QA)?
Quality Assurance is the process of ensuring that a product meets specific quality standards before it is delivered to customers.

At Steelhead, QA means manually making sure software updates, bug fixes, and new features are reliable, functional, and error-free before they are released to users. This process helps maintain the integrity and performance of our platform.

This is a manual QA position. No automated testing or programming experience is required.
