U.S. Navy civilian position at NCTS Guam: the person serves as the Maintenance and Material Management (3M) Coordinator, running the command's quality assurance and preventative maintenance program for electronics equipment — managing maintenance records, spot checks, evaluations, and quality control reporting.
You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (ELECTRONICS) in the Electronics Maintenance, Facilities, and Logistics Dept I N4/6 of NAVAL COMP TELCOM AREA WESTPAC.
You will serve as the Maintenance and Material Management Coordinator for all maintenance actions performed at NCTS Guam.
You will manage the command’s Maintenance and Material Management Program.
You will develop, administer, and oversee a comprehensive quality assurance 3M program, which is responsible for the maintenance support of all equipment.
You will manage the command’s spot-check, self-evaluation program and schedule and observe all maintenance evaluations.
You will develop quality assurance report formats and surveillance techniques to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the 3M program.
You will manage the Preventative Maintenance system master file that contains information relative to requirements for specific equipment including the associated Equipment Guide Lists.
You will collect, maintain, and analyze quality control inspection results of work centers Job control Number logs, monthly Recoded Accomplishment Rate reports and other internal and externally generated performance information.
