Signa Opportunity is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to own quality standards and continuous improvement across B2B data operations and outbound sales campaigns for tech and software clients. You’ll partner closely with Data & Campaign Specialists and sales team members.
In this role you will define QA processes, run audits, and help implement root-cause fixes to improve lead quality and campaign performance. Excellent English and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
