Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to drive product quality, reliability, and user satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and support continuous business growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure product excellence
• Review user requirements and develop comprehensive test plans aligned with sprint objectives to validate functionality and performance
• Develop and maintain manual and automated testing frameworks to ensure product quality and readiness for release
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify critical defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution and product stability
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and quality assurance records to support traceability and compliance
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry developments, especially in blockchain and software technology, to enhance testing strategies and tools

Required competencies and certifications

• Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve product issues
• Demonstrate familiarity with manual testing, test automation, and software development processes to support effective quality assurance
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met
• Exhibit a proactive, detail-oriented approach with adaptability to emerging technologies
• Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or software testing
