Essential Duties & Responsibilities

You’ll be in the driver’s seat when it comes to quality, including:

• Using precision measuring instruments to perform daily checks on product samples from various manufacturing stages, ensuring everything stays within the lane of documented procedures and specifications.
• Recording and analyzing data for sample parts and PPAP parts—no loose bolts or missing numbers here.
• Conducting inspections on incoming raw materials before they ever enter the production race.
• Operating the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to keep measurements running like a well-tuned engine.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date quality records daily (because paperwork matters as much as performance).
• Ensuring a safe and environmentally friendly work environment by following all OSHA, EPA, and regulatory guidelines—safety belts always on.
• Following all aspects of the site Environmental Policy as part of daily responsibilities.
• Performing other duties as assigned to keep operations cruising smoothly.

• Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
