1. 開發及實施產品品保系統，相關品質文件標準撰寫。
2. 建立品質標準，標準樣品製作與管理 ，審查初級產品的樣品並進行相關測試標準之建立，以確保成品具備應有品質。
3. 執行公司產品的可靠度測試，並分析問題，以找出造成產品可靠度問題的關鍵因素，不合格品原因追查、分析及處理。
4. 製程巡檢實行品管計畫。
5.跨部門溝通協調。
6. 品質客訴處理。
