Review system change requests to assess quality impact, testing requirements, risk level, and release readiness.

Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and other functions.
Perform integration and regression testing across ERP releases, updates, configuration changes, and third-party system interfaces.
Monitor post-implementation quality to identify recurring defects, process gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Identify repetitive and high-value test scenarios and introduce automation frameworks to improve regression testing efficiency.
Implement and promote consistent defect tracking, prioritization, resolution, documentation, and release sign-off practices.
Work closely with developers, Product Owners, business users, operations teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders to identify risks, improve processes, and promote a quality-first mindset.
