QA Engineer

Imagine joining a startup at the very beginning - founded by Ukrainians in Silicon Valley, backed by global investors, building AI that's rewriting how a $7 trillion industry works. Superagent AI is creating the world's first autonomous AI sales agent - an AI that listens, learns, and coaches humans to sell better than ever before.

We're already working with top U.S. insurance networks - and we're just getting started.

We're looking for two or three QA Engineers to be the quality backbone across both customer deployments and product development. You will work with our product team to test new features before they ship. Part of this role is testing AI voice agents, actually calling them, listening to how they respond, and catching issues with tone, timing, and conversational flow.

The Role: QA Engineer

You will:
Help establish QA processes and standards as the team grows - you'll be the first dedicated QA in the team
Test new product features alongside the engineering team - both UI and backend
Test customer deployments end-to-end before launch: make live test calls to AI voice agents, verify call flows, check inbound/outbound campaign configurations
Evaluate voice agent quality - pronunciation, response timing, conversation logic, objection handling, edge cases (background noise, interruptions, unexpected questions)
Identify, document, and track bugs in Linear with clear reproduction steps and call recordings where relevant
Build and maintain test scripts and checklists for repeatable customer launch QA
Build AI Agents that will do all the work you don't like :)

This is a creative, technical, and analytical role.

What We're Looking For

We don't care about your degree. We care about your hunger, brains, and curiosity.

You might be the right person if you:
3+ years in QA, testing, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and a natural instinct for finding edge cases
Comfortable testing conversational AI - you'll spend a meaningful part of your day talking to voice agents and evaluating their responses
Good spoken English (B2+ level) - you need to test English (Spanish) - speaking voice agents and spot when something sounds off
Familiar with bug tracking tools (we use Linear)
Self-organized and able to juggle multiple testing streams - customer launches and product releases often happen in parallel

Bonus points for:
Experience testing voice, telephony, or conversational AI products
Scripting skills (Python, JS) for test automation down the road

Why You'll Love It Here

Real mentorship - You'll work directly with our founders:
Vlada Lotkina (Wharton MBA, 8-figure exit, ex-BCG & Dell Strategy)
Vadym Shashkov (AI engineer, YC alum, built 70+ mid-large-sized projects and managed large teams)

You'll learn more in 3 months here than in 3 years anywhere else.
Global exposure - Build AI that's being deployed across the U.S. and Europe.
Ownership & trust - You'll make real decisions, not PowerPoints.
Flexibility - Work remotely, but think globally.
Competitive pay with performance-based bonuses.

What Makes This Special

This is not a "prompt engineering internship". This is your chance to help train the mind of an AI that will transform how millions of people work.

If you're the type who's constantly curious, relentlessly improving, and deeply proud of your craft, you'll thrive here.
