About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet the highest quality standards through thorough manual testing.
Experience in test automation will be considered an advantage. Youll work closely with our development and product teams to identify issues early and deliver a seamless experience to end users.

What Youll Do:

Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile platforms.
Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and integration testing across various environments.
Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure requirements are fully tested and validated.
Participate in sprint reviews, test planning, and release readiness checks.
Contribute to building and maintaining automated test scripts (approx. 30% of time) using frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Support continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and documentation.

What Were Looking For:

3-4 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, and TestRail (or similar).
Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
