Entry-level QA engineer at a semiconductor manufacturer in Woodlands, Singapore, handling customer quality issues, corrective/preventive actions, process optimization with statistical tools, and ISO/IATF audits. Requires an engineering degree; knowledge of DOE, JMP, FMEA, SPC and 8D reporting; entry-level candidates welcome.
Information:
- Salary Range: $3000 - $4000 Basic + $70 Meal allowance
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm
- Company Transport: Jurong / Tampines
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer quality issues & continuous improvement activities of products & processes.
- Coordinate with quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Perform activities such as process optimization, benchmarking through statistical tools/software.
- Handle external audit in accordance to Technical Specifications & ISO standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical/Chemistry/Materials Science/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in servicing customers' quality related issues in semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing)
- Familiar with IATF16949 requirement is a plus. Entry level are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work overtime when needed and travel overseas 2-3 time per month.
