QA Automation Trainee

Зарплата: 1325–1325 GEL (до вычета налогов)

Andersen is an international IT company and one of the leaders in outsourcing software development. We create digital products for clients worldwide and believe that quality software starts with quality testing.

A traineeship is more than just learning. It’s a fast track into IT for those who already have a foundation in testing and are ready to move from theory to real-world tasks, automation, and their first commercial project.

The QA Automation Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to strengthen your automation testing skills, work on training projects under the guidance of experienced specialists, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.

Applications are open in Georgia: candidates from Tbilisi and Batumi attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Georgia can join online.

What we offer:

• 4 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.

• Full-time commitment — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster.

• A hands-on approach. Less abstract theory, more tasks that closely reflect real development environments.

• 1.5-year apprenticeship agreement. You learn — we help you build your IT career.

• Employment upon successful completion of the program.

Who we are looking for:

People who want to grow in QA Automation, enjoy diving into the details, and understand that product quality is never accidental — it is the result of a systematic approach.

Nice to have:

• German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

• Experience writing automated tests.

• Understanding of CI/CD and software development processes.

• Participation in educational or pet projects.

What makes our traineeship great:

• Experienced mentors and regular technical reviews. You'll always know what you're doing well and where you can improve.

• A personal coordinator. They will help you adapt, answer your questions, and support you throughout the program.

• Hands-on experience with real QA Automation approaches and tools. You won't just learn the theory — you'll master practices used on commercial projects.

• Transparent grades and clear growth paths. You'll always understand what the next step in your career development looks like.

• Corporate English classes. Because most projects and communication are international.

• Our own learning platform. Courses, materials, and a knowledge base — all in one place.

• A strong professional community. Learn from colleagues, exchange experience, and grow faster.
