About the Company
Our client is a financial technology services provider dedicated to expanding global access to digital assets by building innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Their products provide exchanges, liquidity solutions, and enterprise-grade integrations for clients worldwide. Specialized in building Crypto, Web3, and various White-Label Solutions, we are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to help scale our automation infrastructure and elevate our quality assurance strategy.

In this role, you will be a core member of our engineering team, helping establish testing standards to ensure our cutting-edge crypto solutions meet enterprise-grade performance and reliability metrics. You will have an excellent opportunity to help transform our QA processes by introducing automation to a rapidly growing organization.

What You'll Do
You will act as a key driver for automation on your team, applying your technical expertise to expand robust automation frameworks while collaborating with our existing QA members. Your main responsibilities will include:

Team Collaboration & Guidance: Work closely alongside a dedicated team of QA Engineers, helping them align with automation goals, share technical knowledge, and adopt automated workflows.
Pipeline Integration: Partner with developers and DevOps engineers to integrate automated tests directly into our build pipelines (such as GitHub Actions).
Real-Time & Data Testing: Work on stability, responsiveness, and accuracy of data-heavy and real-time interfaces (such as WebSockets) across various browsers.
API Validation: Test and validate backend endpoints, ensuring the stability and accuracy of our financial data feeds.

Your AI & Automation Advantage
We believe AI is a powerful co-pilot for modern testing. We're looking for an engineer who actively keeps up with the evolving AI testing landscape and latest Playwright updates. Practical experience using MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to connect AI agents with local development or browser environments is a massive advantage!

Who You Are
You are a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are:
A Clear Communicator: You can effectively articulate quality risks and technical testing strategies to your QA peers, developers, and stakeholders.
A Problem-Solver: You are self-motivated, resilient, and possess strong critical thinking skills to debug complex, distributed systems.
A Peer Mentor: You enjoy collaborating, pairing with manual testers, and contributing positively to a team culture built on continuous improvement.
A Tech Enthusiast: You have a curious mindset with a keen interest in (or passion for) blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial technology.
