About Intugine
Ever wondered how the physical goods we consume every day (think dairy, snacks, or your favourite choco chip ice cream) reach you in time? Or how beautiful furniture or sophisticated electronic equipment and gadgets you use are delivered in the best possible condition at your doorstep.

Their journey spans from getting sourced, manufactured, and stored, to getting moved across a highly intricate supply chain network across the globe before it gets delivered. Global brands constantly face challenges like not having visibility of their raw materials, which delays production and in turn, delays customer shipments, or tracking shipments across various modalities and multiple geographies.

Intugine Technologies is one of the most trusted solution partners catering to these brands with its best-in-class visibility platform helping brands gain comprehensive visibility over their supply chain across modalities(air/land/sea/rail). Their solutions have helped eliminate operational inefficiencies, reduce logistics costs and improve OTIF, order to delivery TAT, and minimise dwell time and detention costs.

Intugine is a proud partner of the National Logistics Policy, an initiative by the Government of India. With this, it provides these brands with additional information via their integrations with FASTag, Port Community System, and Freight Operations Information System to name a few.

Today Intugine works with 75+ global enterprise names like GE Healthcare, Signify, Flipkart, Mahindra Logistics, Titan, Diageo, Ultratech Cement, Bridgestone, and GMMCO.

About the Role

We are looking for an Python Engineer to rapidly build data-driven software products using modern AI coding agents. You will own the end-to-end development of internal and customer-facing applications from idea to production, leveraging Python, LLMs, computer vision, and analytics to solve complex real-world operational problems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shipping products at high velocity by effectively orchestrating AI-assisted development rather than manually writing every line of code. You will work closely with the Co-founder, playing a key role in transforming business ideas into scalable AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Co-founder to build AI-powered products from concept to production.

• Build production-ready applications, dashboards, and automation tools using Python and modern web technologies.

• Leverage AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini) to accelerate development and manage multiple parallel development streams.

• Design and implement LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, and multimodal solutions.

• Develop analytics platforms combining geospatial, IoT/sensor, image, and enterprise datasets to generate actionable business insights.

• Optimize prompts, AI pipelines, and vision models for performance, reliability, and accuracy.

• Own software quality, deployment, performance, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled products.

• Handle the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills with experience building production-grade applications.

• Experience building dashboards, data visualization tools, or internal platforms.

• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI APIs, and agentic coding workflows.

• Experience working with structured data, APIs, and cloud-based services.

• Ability to independently translate ambiguous business problems into scalable software solutions.

• Strong product mindset with a bias toward rapid experimentation, execution, and ownership.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision, satellite imagery, or geospatial data.

• Knowledge of IoT, sensor, or telemetry data processing.

• Experience with Streamlit, FastAPI, Plotly Dash, React, or similar frameworks.

• Exposure to vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI evaluation frameworks.
