Join a technology team supporting IT risk management within the banking sector. Based in Lisbon with a hybrid working model, you will contribute to the development and evolution of internal risk-related applications using Python and PL/SQL.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and maintain applications supporting IT risk management activities.
- Implement reliable backend components and data-processing logic using Python, SQL and PL/SQL.
- Apply software engineering principles, design patterns and development best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to application quality, maintainability and continuous improvement within an established technology environment.
- Collaborate with technical teams involved in development, deployment and operational processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 6 years of professional experience in Python software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an autonomous approach to technical delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a structured technology and risk environment.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and maintainable application design.
