The organization develops and manages software and hardware for a fleet of approximately 4,000 operational vehicles. Its systems are used intensively every day in an operational environment where reliability, security, and continuity are essential.
Задачи:
- Develop and maintain Linux-based software;
- Perform scripting and development with Bash and Python;
- Design, configure, test, and maintain Linux systems;
- Develop and maintain containers and container images;
- Expand and improve CI/CD pipelines;
- Automate administration and deployment processes;
- Improve security, stability, and manageability;
- Integrate software, infrastructure, and vehicle functionality;
- Contribute to architecture and future technical decisions;
- Coach and support less experienced developers;
- Monitor technical quality within the team;
- Write code and actively develop, improve, test, and maintain the software stack;
- Provide technical direction when needed;
- Help colleagues resolve technical issues and bring structure to complex technical discussions;
- Act as a technical sparring partner for the Product Owner and other stakeholders;
- Contribute to future technical improvements, including application and hardware renewal and potential AI adoption.
Требования:
- HBO-level working and thinking capacity;
- Extensive experience as a software developer and ability to operate at senior level;
- Experience with Python;
- Experience designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Linux systems;
- Coaching skills and willingness to support colleagues;
- Broad technical expertise and interest in architecture and technical decisions;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders;
- Excellent command of Dutch;
- Nice to have: experience with Angular, Kotlin, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
