Purchase & Sales Support Executive

HyperClean Technology is an established Singapore company with over 25 years of experience in the supply and distribution of industrial, PPE and hygiene products.

We are looking for a responsible and organised Purchase & Sales Support Executive to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

Purchase – Main Role

• Handle purchasing and supplier follow-up
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries
• Check stock requirements and supplier prices
• Maintain purchase records and supplier information
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments

Sales Support – Secondary Role

• Support the Sales Coordinator when required
• Prepare Delivery Orders and invoices
• Assist with customer orders and delivery arrangements
• Follow up simple customer enquiries
• Provide backup support when the Sales Coordinator is on MC or annual leave

Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, sales coordination or administration
• Good organisational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn company products and systems
• Good communication skills

Experience with ERP/accounting systems and purchasing is an advantage.
