A Sydney-based hybrid role managing multiple concurrent hospitality SaaS implementation projects across ANZ, blending project management with technical customer engagement — coordinating planning, integrations, testing, training and go-live. Requires 5+ years in tech project/implementation delivery and strong technical aptitude, but not hands-on engineering.
About the role
We are seeking a Project (Technical) Delivery Manager – Hospitality SaaS Solutions to join our Sydney-based team and support our existing and growing customer base across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This is a hybrid role combining SaaS implementation project management and technical customer engagement. You will manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations across the Agilysys hospitality technology portfolio, working with customers and internal teams from project initiation through implementation, integration, testing, training and go-live. While strong project management skills are important, this is not a purely administrative Project Manager role. The successful candidate will need a good level of technical aptitude and be comfortable participating in technical discussions with customer IT teams, understanding system integrations and data flows, and developing a working understanding of technical issues that arise during implementation and ongoing operations. You do not need to be a software developer or infrastructure engineer. However, you should be able to understand the technology being implemented, ask the right technical questions, communicate effectively with customer IT teams and translate technical issues into clear actions for the appropriate Agilysys teams.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent Agilysys SaaS implementation projects across ANZ

Coordinate customer SIT, UAT, training and operational readiness activities
Proactively identify project risks or technical dependencies that could impact timelines or customer readiness
Coordinate go-live planning and ensure appropriate resources are aligned for key deployment activities
Support a smooth transition from implementation into ongoing customer operations
