Stakeholder Leadership & Communication

Risk, Change & Quality Management

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively; evaluate impacts and partner with the project team to develop practical mitigation or contingency plans.

Lead project quality assurance by confirming requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
Execute project change management activities, supporting stakeholder readiness, implementation, transition to the business, and adoption or benefits tracking after launch.

Key Competencies:

Demonstrated ability to lead projects spanning multiple departments from initiation through implementation and transition.
Strong project planning, risk management, time management, problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready reporting; ability to influence without direct authority, managing competing priorities, and delivering results within tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of change management practices and sound judgment in determining when to follow established processes versus recommending an exception or escalation.
