Lead Projects That Make a Meaningful Impact

Are you a proactive project leader who thrives in dynamic environments, brings structure to complexity, and anticipates challenges before they arise?

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through implementation. In this role, you'll collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys navigating complex initiatives, building strong relationships, and driving results in an environment where no two projects are the same. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thinks ahead, takes initiative, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to implementation and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success measures in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, communication plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate resources and project participants to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Monitor progress against milestones and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage project budgets and resources to support successful and cost-effective project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, operational teams, management, consultants, and vendors.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders with differing priorities and perspectives.
• Communicate project status, recommendations, risks, and key decisions to project sponsors and leadership.
• Manage changes in scope and priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives.
• Monitor vendor and consultant performance and address issues requiring corrective action.
• Ensure project deliverables, processes, and outcomes meet quality and business expectations.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of execution and accountability.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of directly related project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in an environment with changing demands and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of project management experience.
• Experience within government, healthcare, insurance, or similarly complex environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile Project Management certification.

What Will Set You Apart

Success in this role requires more than strong project management fundamentals.

You are someone who:

• Takes ownership and drives projects forward with minimal direction.
• Identifies gaps, opportunities, and risks before they impact delivery.
• Thinks strategically while remaining focused on execution.
• Navigates ambiguity and shifting priorities with confidence.
• Builds credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• Can effectively balance multiple projects and competing demands.

Growth & Development Opportunities

This role offers significant exposure across the organization through collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your project leadership experience, expand your organizational network, and build a strong foundation for future growth into more senior project and program leadership roles.
