By joining Rolls-Royce, you'll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that believes individuality is our greatest strength, and all perspectives, experiences and backgrounds help us innovate and enable our high-performance culture.

Launched in March 2025, the Kraków R-R Global Capability Centre represents an exciting new chapter in the growth of Rolls-Royce Group Business Services. Designed to support global operations and employee services, the Centre is rapidly evolving into a key hub for enabling operational efficiency and strengthening global business processes. With a fast-growing team, it delivers exceptional services across finance, procurement, HR, Data Analytics and Service Management. This is a place where your expertise can drive real impact - enhancing operational excellence, shaping streamlined global processes and contributing directly to the long-term success of one of the world’s most respected engineering companies. Join us and be part of building something exceptional.

As a Project Manager, you will deliver complex GBS transition and transformation projects end-to-end as part of the country Programme Delivery & PMO capability in Krakow and Bangalore, working under the local VP / centre delivery leadership while aligning to global programme standards and governance. Take direct ownership for turning functional scope into executable plans, resolved issues and successful transition outcomes. Initially aligned to priority transition areas, the role will build transferable PM capability to support broader GBS projects and transformation activity over time. Own practical delivery planning, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination and issue resolution, ensuring transitions land to agreed scope, timeline, cost, quality, readiness and adoption expectations.

What you will be doing:

You will Lead assigned transition / project workstreams end-to-end from mobilisation through delivery, stabilisation and handover.

• Build and maintain integrated plans, milestones, RAID, dependencies, actions and decision logs.
• Drive delivery against agreed scope, timeline, cost and quality expectations, escalating blockers and resolving issues quickly.
• Work across functional SMEs, country teams, GCC leaders, PMO, Change and Service Management to coordinate delivery.
• Translate functional and transition requirements into practical delivery plans, readiness activity and clear accountable actions.
• Maintain clear reporting and stakeholder updates, highlighting progress, risks, decisions and support required.
• Apply common PM methods, governance, templates and tools consistently across transition activity.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to stronger future GBS transition and programme delivery capability.
• Build transferable PM capability so the role can support broader GBS projects and transformation activity beyond the initial transition scope.

What you will need:

• Significant project / transition management experience in complex business change, transformation, shared services or GBS / GCC environments.
• Proven delivery of cross-functional projects through planning, execution, risk / dependency management and stakeholder coordination.
• Evidence of owning delivery outcomes in business transition or transformation environments, not only coordinating plans, reporting or RAID.
• Functional knowledge relevant to the assigned 2027 focus area, combined with strong PM discipline and delivery ownership.
• Hands-on, proactive delivery style: able to identify obstacles, pick up actions and keep work moving without heavy direction.
• Experience working across matrix teams, multiple stakeholders and, ideally, multiple locations or countries.
• Strong communication, reporting and escalation skills, with the ability to make delivery status clear and actionable.
• Resilience and pragmatism when plans change, issues emerge or stakeholder priorities conflict.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and writing in English ( C1)

Desirable:

• Experience supporting mobilisation, stabilisation, adoption or benefits realisation activity.
• Exposure to Finance, Procurement, HR, PMO, Warranty / Roaming or similar functional transition domains.
• Experience in Shared Services, GBS, GCC, service management or operating model change environments.
• Professional project qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent.
• Experience contributing to PM standards, templates, lessons learned or programme capability building
• German Language skills are advantageous but not essential

What do we offer:

• Annual bonus based on financial results and employee performance evaluation.
• Employer financed private healthcare at LuxMed for employees. Additional packages can be purchased.
• Group life insurance
• Subsidy for glasses/contact lenses worn for work, up to the amount of PLN 600 gross, every two years
• Subsidy for extra-curricular activities within the cafeteria system on the myBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards, up to the amount of PLN 100 gross per month
• Internet and electricity allowance for remote work, in the amount of PLN 100 gross per month
• Increased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls-Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program
• Additional vacation days based on length of service
• Hybrid work model (min. 2 days from office)
• Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Work in a modern office located in the Krakow center – the Unity Tower (ul. Lubomirskiego 20)

Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future. Our multi-year transformation programme aims to turn Rolls‑Royce into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. Join us, and it can be your future vision too.

Rolls‑Royce is committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
