Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and bidding activities, from opportunity analysis to submission, ensuring alignment with requirements and evaluation criteria
• Ensure compliance with public funding requirements, managing documentation, reporting, and audit readiness

• Manage administrative and back-office activities across both B2B and public-funded projects, including documentation, reporting, invoicing support, and coordination with Finance
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and institutional stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability
• Monitor project economics and performance, including budget allocation, cost control, and overall project sustainability
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to map, streamline, and automate manual workflows across both tender and delivery processes, improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability

About you

• Are able to translate tender requirements into structured project plans and execute them end-to-end, taking ownership of timelines, budgets, and overall project performance
• Coordinate institutional and corporate stakeholders, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners, and adapting level of structure and formality accordingly
• Have a solid understanding of or strong interest in AI and digital transformation topics, with hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. for process optimization) considered a strong plus
• Demonstrate proactivity and problem-solving, anticipating risks and acting before escalation
