Job Overview:
This role offers opportunities both as a Junior Project Manager and a Process Engineer. Key Responsibilities:
As Junior Project Manager:

• Support and assist in executing strategies within the team and organization.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, or category, ensuring clearly defined objectives are met.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maximize impact and enhance learning.
• Work under direct supervision, adhering to established procedures and policies.

As Process Engineer:

• Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate operational losses and inefficiencies.
• Lead the implementation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
• Collaborate with technical experts, functional areas, and other manufacturing plants to develop best solutions.
• Design learning programs and train operations technicians.
• Create and improve operational standards to meet production line performance objectives.
• Work with automation technologies, robotics, and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
