Tilbury Douglas is hiring an experienced Project Manager to run the pre-construction phase of infrastructure projects on the South West Water framework, based hybrid in Exeter with travel across the region. The role covers brief and scope definition, programme, design, commercial and risk coordination through to handover at construction start.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join our Infrastructure team, managing the pre-construction phase of projects across the South West Water framework. Reporting to the Framework Pre-construction Lead, you will take projects from initial concept and definition through to formal handover at the start of construction.
You will coordinate programme, design, commercial, risk and stakeholder requirements to develop buildable, compliant and commercially robust solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring regular attendance in Exeter, alongside travel to sites and meetings across the South West Water region.
