Project Manager

Position: PROJECT MANAGER

GET TO KNOW US:

Pinkard Construction has spent over 60 years earning a reputation as the Colorado Front Range's most awarded mid-sized general contractor. That reputation was built project by project, relationship by relationship, by a team that takes genuine pride in the work. That's who we are, and that doesn't change.

What does change is what's possible. Pinkard is now part of Catamount Constructors, a $1 billion national employee-owned contractor. That means the team and culture you're joining has the resources, depth, and backing to do even more of what it's always done well.

Why Pinkard

A team that has earned its place. Pinkard isn't a newcomer building a reputation. We have six decades of relationships, trust, and award-winning work in this market. You are joining a team that the Colorado construction community already knows and respects.

Work that matters where you live. Our focus has always been on building things that support the communities we are part of: commercial buildings, multifamily housing, and projects that make Colorado a better place to live and work. That local commitment is core to who we are.

Ownership that means something. As part of Catamount, Pinkard is 100% employee-owned. When you join, you become an employee-owner: someone with a direct financial stake in the success of what you're building. That includes profit-sharing, competitive salaries, and industry-leading benefits.

More behind you than ever before. Greater bonding capacity. A deeper bench. Access to expertise and resources across a national platform. Pinkard's local strength is now backed by the kind of infrastructure that lets us take on more complex work and deliver at a higher level.

A place to build a career, not just take a job. Teams are carefully staffed and work-life balance is prioritized. Employee-owners grow here. Careers advance across project types without starting over. If you are looking for a place that treats you as a long-term part of the team, Pinkard is it.
