PROJECT MANAGER — Permanent
Location: East Region | Experience: Manager | Salary: 5000 - 9000
We are seeking a hands-on construction lead to manage building sites and ensure projects are finished safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements:
• Lead onsite construction teams and coordinate daily project progress
• Keep strict track of project timelines, costs, and safety rules
• Manage subcontractors to ensure all work meets quality standards
• Handle site paperwork and maintain accurate project records
• Need previous experience running construction projects and leading teams
• Proficiency with office software and project planning tools is essential
• Earn a competitive salary between 5000 and 9000 monthly
• Full-time permanent role based in the East Region
