You will be part of an international organization of approximately 70 colleagues spread across Denmark, Germany, Scotland, and the Netherlands, and you will work closely with a multidisciplinary core team of engineers, specialists, and stakeholders based in the Netherlands. Your role is highly hands-on and operational, focused on day-to-day project execution, coordination, and decision-making in a complex machine-building environment.

If you thrive in a technical setting, enjoy structure and ownership, and are energized by managing multiple moving parts at the same time, this role offers a high level of responsibility and impact.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for project status, priorities, and decision-making
• Ensuring alignment with the Product Development Process (PDP), quality standards, and safety regulations
• Managing change requests and their impact on scope, timeline, cost, and technical feasibility
• Supporting issue resolution by facilitating technical discussions and trade-off decisions
• Ensuring timely availability of documentation, specifications, and deliverables for manufacturing and delivery
• Reporting project progress, risks, and outcomes to management in a clear and structured way
