Job Title: Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of financial software solutions for our growing client base. You will own the end-to-end project lifecycle – from initiation through to successful go-live – acting as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinating a team of consultants to deliver the technical aspects of each engagement. This role requires a blend of strong project management discipline, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in finance, accounting, and the products we implement.

You will be hands-on with customers throughout the project – building trusted relationships, managing expectations, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged at every stage. If you thrive on being accountable, enjoy leading teams, and take pride in delivering projects that genuinely transform the way our clients work, we want to hear from you.

This is a hands-on Digital Transformation role within a fast-paced Sage Partner environment. You will take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, directing and coordinating the work of our consultant team to ensure technical deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction within a defined commercial framework.

If you enjoy the challenge of managing competing priorities, love working closely with customers, and want to be part of a team that is genuinely making a difference for growing businesses, this role is for you.

• Leading end-to-end project planning, resource scheduling, and the production of clear project reporting and status updates for customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and budgets

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project and that project deadlines are met, according to internal policies
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle – proactively managing the client relationship, setting clear expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinating and directing the work of a team of consultants responsible for the technical delivery of projects, ensuring workstreams are clearly assigned, dependencies are managed, and quality standards are met
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Proactively engaging with internal business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, sharing insights, gathering feedback, and helping to embed consistent best practice across the organisation
