Job Subfunction:

Job Description:

At Remedy Edge NY, we believe health can’t wait.
The stakes are higher. The pace is faster. And hesitation costs lives.
That’s why Remedy Edge exists. We help brands, healthcare professionals, patients, and decision-makers get the edge on health through urgent thinking, creativity, and action.
We're growing our team with talent. Skill matters, but how you work matters just as much. We're looking for team members who are:
• Relentless in the pursuit of better ideas, tighter creative, and more strategic thinking
• Respectful of the people behind every pitch, brief, timeline, concept, and shoot
• Remarkable in the standard they hold themselves to, knowing that average doesn’t move us forward
Because when health is on the line, every moment matters. And every edge counts.

Inclusivity
Healthcare communications should reflect the realities of the people they're meant to reach. We're committed to building teams with diverse perspectives, experiences, and voices, because the best ideas emerge when everyone is heard. By embracing differences, we create stronger work that leads to more meaningful health outcomes.

Flexibility
Great work doesn't come from sitting in a specific place. It comes from giving talented people an environment to do their best thinking. Our flexible hybrid model empowers teams to work where they're most effective, whether that's in our NYC headquarters, at home, or alongside clients. With intentional meeting-free time, seasonal flexibility, and modern ways of working, our team has the space to get the edge, their way.

Who We Are
Remedy Edge is a global healthcare communications network built to make creativity and technology a force for better health outcomes.
We are a collective of courageous, curious, generous, and gritty people driven to solve the toughest challenges in healthcare. We question assumptions and push past what's expected. Our work is grounded in deep expertise across behavior, culture, channels, and innovation. The result is work that moves people from awareness to action, from delay to decision, and from possibility to progress.
Because getting the edge on health isn't a tagline. It's the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
