We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established specialist contractor delivering fast-paced interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.

Your Background

We're particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who understand interior fit-out and refurbishment.

Experience within retail fit-out would be particularly attractive, although candidates from leisure, hospitality, commercial interiors, shopfitting or other fast-track fit-out environments will also be considered.

Ideally, you'll have:

*

Previous Project Management experience within fit-out/refurbishment

*

Experience managing fast-track construction programmes

*

Strong subcontractor management skills

*

Excellent programming and organisational ability

*

Good commercial awareness

*

Strong client-facing communication skills

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to join an established specialist contractor with long-standing client relationships, repeat business and a strong pipeline of work.

The business operates within a fast-moving sector where no two projects are exactly the same. Programmes can be challenging, clients demanding and deadlines fixed – so they need Project Managers who enjoy that environment and know how to make things happen.

For the right person, there is genuine scope to become an important part of the operational team and develop a long-term career within the business.
