Project Manager for the Innovation portfolio at Enclustra in Zurich: creating schedules, tracking resources, progress and costs for FPGA-related customer and internal projects, and keeping QMS deliverables on time. Suited to an electrical-engineering background with initial project-management experience.

We develop a product portfolio of FPGA-based electronic modules and FPGA-optimized IP solutions for industrial customers and research organizations. In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.

Project Manager - Innovation
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain schedules for customer and internal projects
- Manage and monitor project resources and priorities across the Innovation portfolio
- Track project progress, identify delays, and report status to Innovation management
- Track all innovation projects through the Innovation QMS procedure
- Ensure all QMS deliverables are organized, documented, and completed on time
- Measure and report time spent versus estimates across projects
- Improve project tracking and estimation methods without impacting engineering design time
- Generate project data reports (cost, duration, resource, progress, etc.)
- Organize, host, and document milestone and recurring project meetings
- Coordinate customer/partner co-development meetings and follow up on actions
- Gather feedback at review and handover stages to support continuous improvement
- Provide visibility of Innovation project plans to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate ordering of critical project parts to meet schedule and cost targets
- Support customer proposals with cost and resource estimates based on project data
- Assess impact of new proposals on existing project timelines
- Interface with Business Unit and HW/SW teams on project progress and resource availability
- Identify project skill gaps and coordinate external support where needed
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification/experience)
- Initial experience in project management or project coordination
- Understanding of electronics product development lifecycles
- Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills
- Structured, detail-oriented working style with process awareness
- Ability to analyze and report project data
- Fluent English, written and spoken
