CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Information Technology Project Management with PMP certification
- Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe
- Preparation of project budgets
- Management of technical software development staff
- Management of customer-oriented Integrated Product Team
- Knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation for Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS
- Utilization of Azure DevOps
- Experience in management of User Acceptance Testing
- In PPM systems
- Preparation of formal Business Case and Project Charter
