We are seeking experienced business transformation Project Managers who are comfortable sitting with sponsors, facilitating decisions, managing schedules, dependencies, risks, reporting, and guiding the organisation through meaningful change. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, bringing judgement, steadiness and credibility to complex, people-centric change.

Reporting to the Program Manager – High performing Culture, you will work in a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment alongside a Senior Project Manager, experienced Change specialists and People & Culture leaders. The culture is built on trust, accountability and curiosity, with leaders empowered to own their delivery while partnering closely across the organisation to achieve shared outcomes.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. This includes facilitating decision-making, influencing outcomes, managing change, and building strong relationships to drive project success

Delivery Professional with Sound Judgement

You combine strong planning discipline with practical, hands-on delivery. You are comfortable managing schedules, dependencies, risks, governance and reporting, while providing confidence and stability to senior leaders navigating complex change.
