Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, and technology teams, you will oversee the delivery of a key project. You will also support business readiness activities, oversee implementation, and ensure successful transition into operational use. A strong focus will be placed on collaboration, communication, and proactive problem-solving to ensure the project delivers measurable outcomes for both the business and end users.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience with learning, talent, workforce, payroll, or broader people technology platforms will be well regarded. Exposure to change management, business readiness, and user adoption activities would also be beneficial. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is delivery-focused, adaptable, proactive, and naturally inclined to find solutions with a 'can do' attitude.
