Requirements

As a Project Manager, your tasks will include:

- being innovative and forward-thinking, seeing around corners to anticipate future needs,
- proposing improvements and demand excellence in results, deliverables and releases,
- working in a highly ambiguous environment with changing business requirements,
- transforming business requirements into design briefs and technical processes,
- Facilitate project-related testing, rollout, and post-mortem work,
- provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to C-Level,
- EXCELLENT (written as well as verbal) communication skills both in Polish and English,
- see the “big picture” and yet understand all the components that connect to the “big picture”,
- collaborative, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility (with business as a trusted advisor, with technical teams as a competent quickly,
- Must exhibit the courage to take various and conflicting input to drive standardization and provide prescriptive recommendations that may not be exactly what the business asks for but results in a better scalable solution.

Knowledge of PCI and EMV requirements a big plus.
