We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in AI-driven application modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex IT programs and managing delivery activities effectively across various teams. A focus on clear communication, stakeholder management, and strong delivery culture is essential in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials.

• Monitor and report delivery progress and risks timely, proactively identifying issues and escalating when necessary.

• Uphold project management discipline by promoting a strong delivery culture.

• Coordinate across engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders for alignment on delivery objectives and technical direction.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record leading AI-driven application modernization initiatives.

• Proven track record in leading complex IT programs.

• Experience in defining structured governance on various levels of an organization.

• Ability to scope, drive, and govern delivery initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent financial and resource management skills.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Advanced presentation skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with application remediation at an enterprise scale.

• Experience in facilitating project steering with senior leadership.
