About the Role - Mō te Tūranga Mahi
This is a fixed-term parental leave cover opportunity through to approximately July 2027, based in either Christchurch or Wellington. You’ll lead complex business and technology transformation projects from initiation through to delivery, helping improve our products, services and ways of working. Specifically, this role will support the implementation of a new CRM system.
Working across the organisation, you’ll manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and benefits, while building strong relationships with senior leaders, delivery teams, vendors and other partners. You’ll also provide clear governance and executive reporting, support effective prioritisation, and strengthen consistent project management practices across UniMed.
About You - Mōu
You’re an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex business and technology transformation projects in fast-paced, evolving environments. You combine disciplined delivery with excellent judgement, clear communication and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
Significant end-to-end project management experience, including successful delivery of complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence working across senior leadership, cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proven experience managing vendors and third-party delivery, with the ability to set clear expectations and maintain accountability.
Strong governance capability, including risk, issue and dependency management, financial oversight and high-quality executive reporting.
The ability to stay composed, adaptable and delivery-focused while managing competing priorities and changing requirements.
Experience implementing Dynamics 365 or another CRM platform would be an advantage, as would experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated industry.
