They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in fire safety remediation to manage a programme of works bringing high rise residential projects in line with BSR requirements. This is a specialist role, and you must have experience across both external and internal remediation, including: * Cladding and external refurbishment * Drylining * Compartmentation and fire stopping * Associated M&E services * Fire safety remediation You will need a strong understanding of the Building Safety Regulator (BSR), Building Safety Act, Golden Thread and Gateway requirements, with the ability to manage projects whilst ensuring compliance, quality and documentation are maintained.
