Project Manager - Digital

Alendei Media runs complex, multi-channel campaigns for a diverse brand portfolio spanning digital marketing, OOH, creative production, influencer, radio, and call centre operations. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in organised chaos - someone who can hold multiple campaigns, teams, and deadlines together without dropping the ball. You'll be the operational backbone of Alendei Media's digital division, keeping creative, media, and client workstreams moving in sync across a diverse brand portfolio.

• Own end-to-end project management of digital campaigns - from brief and scoping through execution, delivery, and post-campaign review across multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Break down briefs into structured task lists with clear owners, timelines, and approval workflows; maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and content calendars.

• Act as the central bridge between internal teams (content, design, video, media buying, performance marketing) and client stakeholders - translating briefs, managing expectations, and relaying feedback accurately.

• Run standups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions; escalate risks and blockers before they impact delivery.

• Manage client communication across the full campaign lifecycle - approvals, revisions, status updates, and scope changes.

• Review all deliverables for brand alignment, completeness, and platform specs before client submission - ensuring quality checklists and approval workflows, a must.

• Build and maintain SOPs, project templates, and asset libraries; manage PM tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, or equivalent) for team-wide visibility.

• Oversee monthly/quarterly performance report delivery; feed post-campaign learnings into future planning cycles.

*Consider this your project brief - the best PMs always deliver beyond scope. We give you the pedestal; how high you build is entirely up to you.

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Management

• 2–5 years in project or account management at a digital marketing agency, media company, or creative production environment.

• Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals - social media, SEO, Meta/Google Ads, and campaign analytics. Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects across social, content, paid media, or creative workflows.

• Strong organisational and communication skills; comfortable holding cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority.
