Ready to lead mission‑critical data center projects that power the digital future?

As Project Manager Data Centers, you are responsible for the successful delivery of complex data center projects, from early development through execution and handover. You lead projects in accordance with the agreed project schedule, client contracts and financial framework. Acting as the client’s single point of contact, you ensure transparent communication and build long‑term, trusted advisor relationships at senior and director level.

From concept design and engineering through procurement and construction, you coordinate all disciplines and stakeholders involved. You work closely with project‑specific Project Managers and technical leads, ensuring a seamless collaboration.

Throughout the project lifecycle, you proactively identify risks and opportunities, take corrective actions where needed, and maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, progress reports and change management records.

Beyond project delivery, you contribute to business development by developing strong business cases, combining design, engineering and commercial insight. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you help grow sustainable client relationships and support Sweco’s continued success in the Mission Critical Facilities market.

You will play an active role in our multidisciplinary teams who bring together expertise in electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, building services, architecture, fire safety, controls, security technology and digital engineering. Together, we deliver integrated and future‑proof data center solutions for colocation providers, hyperscalers, industrial companies and enterprise clients.
