Coordinates ERP implementation projects for manufacturing, logistics, and financial services clients using Odoo, tracking progress and escalating risks to ensure on-time delivery.
About us
We're an official Odoo Global Partner based in London, delivering ERP implementation, support, and development services across manufacturing, logistics, financial services, and business services.
What we need
We're looking for a project manager/coordinator to join us on a part-time, contract basis, with room to grow into a larger role over time. This is about building out our project delivery capability more broadly, not a single fixed placement.
Responsibilities
Track progress across multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed
Identify and escalate risks or delays early, with clear reasoning
Coordinate between internal teams and clients to keep delivery on schedule
Maintain reporting and documentation to a consistent standard
What we're looking for
Project management or coordination experience, ideally on ERP or software implementation projects
Working knowledge of Odoo or a comparable ERP platform
Understanding of organisational structure — how businesses actually run day to day
Familiarity with a hybrid Agile/PRINCE2 delivery approach
Early-to-mid career profile preferred; we provide structured mentoring and development rather than expecting someone fully independent from day one
What good looks like
Disciplined, responsive communication
Ownership of outcomes — flags clearly what's blocked and why, rather than deflecting
Proactive rather than reactive; drives progress without waiting to be told
Escalates issues early rather than letting them surface late
Arrangement
Contract, day-rate basis. Part-time to start, with scope to grow into a larger role as demand increases.
To apply
Please share relevant past project management/coordination experience — ideally including ERP or software implementation work — along with your day rate and availability.
