A construction/property Project Manager in Colliers' Christchurch team who leads building and infrastructure projects end-to-end — from design and procurement through construction and handover — advising clients, consultants and contractors. Requires 3+ years of project management experience in construction, property or infrastructure and strong contract, budget and risk management skills.
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Christchurch team and play a key role in shaping the buildings, spaces and infrastructure that support New Zealand's communities.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working directly with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver successful outcomes. You'll be trusted to lead key project activities, build strong client relationships and play a hands-on role throughout the project lifecycle.
At Colliers Project Leaders, you'll work alongside experienced project professionals who are passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others succeed. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, receive mentoring from industry experts, and have the opportunity to accelerate your career in a collaborative and high-performing team.
If you're looking for a role where your expertise is valued, your development is supported, and your impact is visible, we'd love to hear from you.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years' experience in project management within construction, property, infrastructure or a related industry, or at least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry as a professional consultant or Main Contractor.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects through multiple stages of the project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction and handover.
- Sound knowledge of project planning, procurement, budgeting, contract administration and risk management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
