• Capital Approval & Purchasing Process Rollout - Drive rollout of standardized capital/purchasing workflows, forms, and approvals. Track adoption, surface exceptions, and close the loop.
• Run recurring execution cadences: agendas, meeting facilitation, decision logs, action items, and follow-up to closure across corporate and affiliate teams.
• Build and maintain project plans (scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, and resource assumptions) in Smartsheet.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate blockers with recommended options—not just flags.
• Produce concise status reports, dashboards, and executive-ready updates suitable for weekly and monthly leadership review.
• Keep project documentation tight and usable: charters, SOPs, workflow maps, RACI matrices, comms plans, and training plans.
• Build strong working relationships across four states and multiple service lines; drive adoption and sustain standard work.
• AI-Enabled Expectations (Required) - Use generative AI tools daily to accelerate drafting, synthesis, and structured outputs, then apply professional judgment t to finalize deliverables. Use AI to draft and refine project plans, SOPs, meeting syntheses, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
• Design, test, and iterate prompts; create and maintain a reusable prompt library for recurring PM workflows (status updates, risk logs, requirements gathering, SOP templates, narrative reporting).
• Always Operate within privacy and compliance guardrails: no PHI in unapproved tools; follow CVL policies and vendor BAAs as applicable.
