Who We Are: Front Office Transformation Experts

Bluprintx (BPX) is a global, AI-powered consultancy built to design and deliver the intelligent front office for CMO and CRO executives. We are private equity-backed and scaling fast, with 300 active customers across 10 countries and more than 1,750 implementations. We connect people, technology, and AI to turn fragmentation into performance, partnering with global leaders to modernize how marketing, CRM, content, AI & Data connect. At BPX, we hire operators and specialists who thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution.

What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office

We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.

The Role

You'll take high-impact client projects from pitch through plan to delivery, running several concurrently across our Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems. You'll navigate complex enterprise environments, orchestrating cross-functional technical teams while keeping command over project health and delivery timelines. Clients judge us on whether projects land on time and on budget, and that call sits with you. You'll run both waterfall and agile delivery, choosing whichever fits the engagement, and use Kantata and Jira to track health and surface risk before it becomes a problem. You'll carry real autonomy here, several live client relationships and direct executive exposure, with the final say on delivery calls.

What you'll do

• Lead concurrent projects across our Salesforce and Adobe
ecosystems, from platform upgrades through to full enterprise implementations.

• Orchestrate delivery teams to deploy integrated front-office solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder client environments.

• Own client communication as the hub between in-house technical teams, external vendors and executive-level clients.

• Report status coherently with timely
  clear updates,
  whilst
managing dependencies and mitigating risk to hit milestones and deliver outcomes on time.

• Manage project financials including budgets, resource utilisation and revenue reporting, keeping every project on target margin.

• Track delivery health in Kantata and Jira, running waterfall or agile depending on what each engagement needs.

What you'll bring

• Experience, 5 years+ in Project Management in a digital consultancy or professional services environment.

• Multi-project delivery experience, running several concurrent enterprise client projects rather than one large programme.

• Experience delivering Salesforce, with hands-on delivery experience on Adobe
  as a ‘Nice to have’.

• Financial ownership of project budgets, margin and revenue reporting alongside delivery timelines.

• Stakeholder management, confident as the single point of contact between technical teams, vendors and executive-level clients.

• Delivery method range, equally comfortable running waterfall and agile and knowing which fits the engagement.

• Tooling fluency with delivery and resourcing platforms such as Kantata and Jira, or close equivalents.

Why this role, why now

BPX is scaling fast, and this role sits right at the point where that growth gets delivered, client by client. You'll run multiple live engagements from day one, with direct exposure to enterprise clients and the autonomy to run your own delivery model. Few Project Manager seats hand you this much ground to run on this early.
