At FSB Architects + Engineers, an affiliate of Collier’s Engineering & Design, we believe our greatest projects begin with lasting relationships. For decades, we’ve partnered with clients to solve complex challenges, deliver exceptional design solutions, and create spaces that strengthen communities. Our success is built on trust, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering value far beyond a single project.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of architecture and engineering projects within our Aviation and Mission Critical markets. This position will manage a diverse portfolio that may include complex aviation facilities as well as local, smaller-scale, and fast-moving mission critical projects supporting healthcare, research and technology, government, public safety, transportation, and other infrastructure-intensive environments. The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

This role will work closely with Aviation and Mission Critical Market Sector Principals to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities for continued partnership, and support long-term client success through exceptional project delivery. The position will also provide guidance and support to less experienced Project Managers and project team members.

If you’re passionate about leading high-performing teams, delivering exceptional projects, and building trusted client relationships that create lasting partnerships, we’d love to connect with you.
