Administrative support role assisting a project manager in construction, handling documents, schedules, and coordination with clients and suppliers using Microsoft Office tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager.
- Prepare project documents, reports, correspondence and filing.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
- Monitor project schedules and follow up on project progress.
- Assist in procurement, quotations and documentation.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of project documents.
- Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to follow and comply with all lawful work instructions, assignments and operational arrangements given by the Company's Management and immediate supervisor.
- Must demonstrate a cooperative attitude, professionalism and flexibility in carrying out duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Knowledge of the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: As required by project operations.
