HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT - POLICY, PLANNING & OPERATIONS DIVISION
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager & Analytics Specialist IV to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives, manage complex projects from conception to completion, and harness advanced data analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize talent, people, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics to interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights that inform HR strategies and operational enhancements.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement divisional goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, leveraging data to support transitions and optimize processes within the HR function.

Education
Bachelor's degree with major in human resources, data analytics, project management, business, management, organizational development, or labor relations.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
Certifications: SHRM-CP preferred, and Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
Employees in this class are expected to remain current in human resources best practices and legal requirements and will be required to participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
Designations from the Society of Human Resources Management, International Personnel Management Association – HR
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis.
