Job Description

Role: Project Management Officer (Media Operations)

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Duration: End of May 2027 (Possible Extension/Conversion)

The client is looking for an experienced Project/Media Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage the transition from an external media agency to an in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end project roadmap, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.

Lead project meetings, track decisions, action items, and follow-ups.

Drive the agency-to-in-house media team transition, including training and onboarding.

Monitor project performance, productivity, risks, and resolve/escalate issues proactively.

Develop and maintain a Media Operations Playbook documenting processes, workflows, controls, and best practices.

Ensure strong coordination across internal teams, agency partners, and leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in project management, media operations, PMO, or similar roles.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communication, Economics, or Marketing.

Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with team transitions, process documentation, and operational change management is
