Client Discovery is a cross‑business initiative designed to build a clear, data‑led understanding of Knight Frank’s client base, capabilities, areas of expertise and levels of integration.

The programme brings together client data cleansing and analysis across Commercial business units to generate reliable, actionable insight that informs strategy, growth and improved integration.
